About This Course

The participant will get an insight into the principles of temple administration along with the best practices for managing the basic building block of ISKCON i.e. a temple or a center. Efficient management of a temple involves operations such as managing events like festivals, Sunday feasts, Pandal program etc., managing limited physical facility for maximum use through proper queuing etc., managing people such as volunteers, staff etc. and managing risk which arises in all the other activities.
